Build and preserve a STRONG BASE in this class where strength circuit meets physical therapy fundamentals. This class will help you build strength, increase mobility, and prevent injuries that are common for dancers of all ages as well as aging bodies. Created in collaboration with a physical therapist, this full-body strength workout uses weights, bands, and body-weight exercises in time-based circuits. Strong Base is designed for all fitness levels with modifications and progressive challenge to meet you where you're at. 
Set to music you know and love... Let's pump the bass and build a Strong Base!
