CANCELLATION POLICY:
You must cancel your reservation AT LEAST 8 hours before your reserved class begins. If you do not cancel by then you will be marked as a "no show" and a punch will be taken from your pass. Please know that we understand that sometimes emergencies do arise and exceptions to this policy can be made. Contact us if that is the case.
