🚨Please note that you are reserving a spot on the catwalk/upstairs are of the studio. Upon arrival you won't be able to check yourself in so please just let the instructor know that you are checking in for a catwalk spot and they will take care of it for you. There are some weight plates upstairs but make sure to grab any other equipment you might need before heading up. :-) 

COMMIT Sculpt is a music-driven, full body strength experience that blends resistance training, rhythm, and movement into one high-energy format. Created from the heart of COMMIT Dance Fitness, this program was built with intention- to help Sculpt lean muscle, improve strength, and experience powerful transformation through consistency. 
This class uses a strategic mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight to guide you through isolation and compound movements choreographed to the beat of the music. Cardio bursts elevate the heart rate, while each track targets a different muscle group to support balance strength, mobility, and recovery.
