Low & Slow is a 90-minute movement exploration inspired by the sensual & powerful world of pole dance. This floorwork-based choreography class invites you to move with intention, confidence, and desire—no pole required.

Through slow, controlled movement and fluid transitions, we’ll tap into sensuality as a source of strength, presence, and empowerment. This class is about owning your body, taking up space, and moving in ways that feel delicious, powerful, and fully you.

Created as a Galentine’s Day experience, this class celebrates feminine energy through connection, confidence, and shared expression. Come solo or with your favorite femmes and enjoy a space where sensuality is honored, power is embodied, and every body is welcome.

What to bring:

 Knee pads, leg warmers, or leggings/pants to protect your knees and help you glide smoothly across the floor. Socks or bare feet recommended.

About the instructor: Morgan started dancing at a young age, trying every style out there and performing whenever possible too. In 2020, she moved to the Seattle area and began her search for a new dance home. In 2021, after trying multiple styles and studios, she remembered seeing videos of pole dancers and being inspired. She started her search for her first pole class and discovered her passion for pole dancing at Mora Pole and Aerial. That first class turned into many classes taken as well as many taught as she was encouraged to become an instructor at Mora! She loves the freedom, creativity, strength, and beauty that pole brings to her life and is excited to share that with the community at SDF!
