Power Yoga fuses dynamic and static yoga asana, primal movement and intentionally structured sequencing.  This vinyasa style yoga format is designed to help people reconnect to their primal nature, and find harmony & balance within. This class uses specific pranayama breathing techniques and offers a powerful physical & energetic release. This is a judgment-free zone - come as you are and find what feels good for YOU!

Please bring a yoga mat.
