Get ready for a fun and inspiring 50 minute class that will leave you feeling energized. 
*Intended for all ages, bodies and fitness levels with modifications offered. Most equipment provided. 
You'll need some open space with either a chair or a little open wall space, yoga mat or similar. Light weights optional!
