Then we'll keep the party rolling as Jess turns up the joy with Cardio Dance Party (CDP), super fun and playful choreography, nonstop smiles, and that signature SDF community vibe you've come to love.

Finally, Ruben will bring the fire with COMMIT Dance Fitness—an athletic, performance-inspired dance workout packed with powerful movement, confidence, and energy that will leave you feeling unstoppable.
