Take an hour to take care of YOU! In this workshop Instructor Ginny Bloom will teach participants foam rolling techniques to target various muscle groups and stretches to increase mobility to enhance your active recovery routine!

Recovery and self care is an important part of leading an active healthy lifestyle. With recovery, we allow our bodies to rest, repair, and reduce soreness later. Stretching and foam rolling or “rolling out” is a great way to recover after working out. Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release technique that helps reduce soreness, stiffness, and can help increase range of motion.

Please bring a mat, foam roller, and water.
